Consignment
Here is how it works, bring in your stuff, we will work together to set a fair price for it. After the item sells you will have a choice of store credit or cash. If you want store credit you get 75% of what the item sold for. If you want cash you get 65% of what it sold for. When pricing keep in mind that an item may sell for up to 10% less than what we price it at, that gives us room to dicker, bargain, or offer a discount to prospective dates and non-profits. Scottie and Lew
Scottie Raymond and Lew Apgar are both avid outdoor enthusiasts with interests in camping, climbing and hiking. They met each other while working as store managers at The Gear Exchange in Burlington. When the Peter Glenn Store announced they were closing their St Johnsbury store, Scottie and Lew, both now living in the area, seized the opportunity to start their own store.

The Dogs
Kingdom Outdoors is a dog friendly store. Feel free to bring your dog with you. We have some dog toys you can buy, or he can play with Miles while you browse the store. Here he is hard at work in the shop (while Gyges keeps an eye on the door):
